By downloading, installing, or using SmartGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.

2. Use of Security & Network Utilities

SmartGuard provides network security analysis, Wi-Fi vulnerability scanning, Bluetooth/BLE detection, cellular and VPN status monitoring, and speed testing. You agree to use these tools only on networks and devices for which you have explicit authorization or ownership.

3. Privacy & Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. SmartGuard collects minimal analytics and scan history solely for the purpose of protecting your local network and improving app performance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must not use SmartGuard to scan unauthorized networks or intercept data belonging to others.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartGuard and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app or its network analysis tools.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
